Valentine Advisory Services

Valentine Advisory Services (VAS) is an advisory and consulting firm that provides compliance, oversight, and project implementation services to public and private sector clients. VAS specializes in Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) support, to include DBE certification assistance, DBE compliance reviews, data collection statistical analyses, and community outreach.

VAS also handles matters related to contract review, employment law, and diversity and inclusion training.
